Shipment was delivered very late but what's more frustrating is seeing the item damaged. The face of the watch has a crack. I know this brand has very poor ratings because their products have very poor quality but I disregarded it because I find it cute. I purchased anyway because it was fine with me if gets damaged within half a year so long as it's without defects or anything when I receive it but that's not the case. I think it was already damaged even before I placed it. The box is also torn at the back where it connects (hinge). It looks like it's been opened several times. I guess it's been returned to the seller a hundred times and one of those buyers probably dropped it hence the crack on the watch face. I want my money back.
