i can swirl it loop it and all tangle free highly recommended !!!The package did not include the snap lock ends as advertised. Used some zip ties which works okay if you have ball bearing handles and if you don’t need to adjust after cutting your rope. Cord/rope works okay, perhaps a little thinner than I expected.It came quickly, it was exactly what was advertised and my kiddo is happy to have a replacement rope (plus it is purple!).The rope was as discribed, but it said that it would help with double unders. I did to find this to be the case at all. I actually feel it makes it harder then the cord u get with ur order.Fits just fine in my Buddy Lee jump rope. No kinks in the rope after a few jumps - solid rope replacement.It is more PVC than cable. There is not center metal wire. Simply a nylon string inside. Way too light.False advertising. Missing the snap lock ends.You certainly can do doubles with a vinyl rope, you can even do triples. I have a cable speed rope in the gym as well as this vinyl one and find myself preferring the vinyl because of the superior durability and the air resistance produces a really agreeable cadence. It is definitely not as fast as the cable but that's not the point when you're using this. It's a simple, easy to use, straightforward rope.I like combining it with wrist weights for an endurance test, it's a fantastic material for a rope.Bought to replace the PVC rope on my Buddy Lee Aero speed rope. These fit. However mine rope arrives and there are cuts in the middle of the rope.Update: Contacted Amazon trying to get a replacement. No luck. I managed to patch it up using super glue. And the ends were ok, and the fit the Aero speed rope.Update 2: Green ones had the snap locks. Blue ones didn’t have the snap locks. Rope feels too light. Seems ok for easy bounce but anything else feels like I make too many mistakes.A little light when skipping, forcing me to swing my wrist a bit harder or skip a little slower than normal. But its a good replacement rope without having to buy a whole one when my previous rope's handles are perfectly fine.
